This is a total scam website and should not be on Facebook. Took my money but sneakers were never received. These people should be charged and in prison.

3 weeks of use and the shoes are trash
Hey Hoka! Purchased a pair of Speedgoats 5 a month ago. Right now, the shoes are as good as trash. The fabric cracked in several places exposing my socks and the glue used for the sole unglued, leaving me stranded in Patagonia without shoes and without options to buy something else. Its a shame, that paying 200eur for a pair of shoes gives you less than a month of wear and less than 200kms of hiking. Sounds like a bad joke to me. Im not sure if this was just a bad product, bad item, or if the entire line of hokas shoes are bad. But as you might imagine I will not purchase another pair. I can't take them back for warranty as Im in Patagonia and wont be back home for a long time. I hope you bump up your QA to avoid this from happening to other customers.

Breach of my own security by customer service!!!!
Worst level of customer service I have ever received, the guy on the phone Benny was absolutely atrocious to deal with, extremely rude, laughing on the phone, sighing down the phone, you really need to train your staff on how to deal/speak with your customers. I’m also very concerned he didn’t even ask me for any information before confirming my details, he just started reeling off my information without passing security! Very concerning. Be wary about buying from them!! I’d give you no stars if I could.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
WOW! Had I seen these reviews before I never would've put myself through the aggravation this company caused me.
I needed a last minute gift card ($150) and when I submitted the order, the message said that my cart was empty (10:11am). Checked my email and there was no confirmation so I repurchased another (10:18am). Upon checking for the second confirmation, there were 2 charges for a total of $300. Tried calling customer service at 10:42 but they are CLOSED ON SUNDAYS.
The recipient of the card understood that the purchase was an error and told me he'd wait until I straightened things out with HOKA. So today I called and was told that they WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND for the error from their website. Now I am disputing this with my credit card company. Please trust my review as well as others from this site (and other popular review sites). It's not worth your time.

I own Kaha 2 and Bondi SR
I own Kaha 2 and Bondi SR. First thing you need to do after purchase is throw the insoles in the garbage. Both insoles are cheaply made and inferior to New Balance 990 v6 and Brooks Beast. Once that's done and you have a quality replacement insole you are ready to go. You now have an excellent shoe.

Horrible customer service! Avoid
Horrible customer service, returned an order and its been nearly 4 weeks with no refund. Have sent numerous emails and even Facebook messenger. Tracking shows they received the return on the 16th Jan and still radio silence!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I received my initial order quickly, but the trainers didn’t fit so I chose to do an exchange via the website and sent them off immediately. This was over a month ago - I have not heard anything except an auto reply to an email telling me to wait 20 working days.

It has been over 20 working days since the item was received by hoka - no response and absolutely no sign of my item or a refund.

Terrible service - why offer an exchange if they don’t have the resource to fulfil this?

DO NOT BUY FROM HOKA if you have any doubt in you will need to exchange or return your purchase as they will take your money and not respond. Appalling customer service!!

Zero Customer Service
Simply no customer service, you have my money, I don't have my shoes. First time buying Hoka, never again, new pair of Nikes for me. 1 star because you can't give 0. Several emails, no response, spoke to customer service department several times, they genuinely didn't seem to know why I was calling, as if they didn't know where they worked.

Ordered over $200 worth of shoes on 1/9/23. Got a text on 1/10 that order shipped. Then radio silence. Finally checked the website to track shipment. All it said was label was created. Got ahold of customer service yesterday and was informed my order would be cancelled and my credit card would be credited for the amount (not to mention interest charges that may have incurred). Looking at some of the reviews I’m not holding my breath on getting my money back. Guess I may have to file complaint with credit card for fraudulent charges.

WHERE ARE MY SHOES ????
Worst customer service. Where are my shoes ??? It’s been 2 weeks I’m waiting, 2 emails, no response by phone. My biggest regrets is just to read all these reviews now. I thought Hoka was a serious company.

Never again. And please don’t come to me with a « So sorry to hear you are not happy with our services » find better.

Defective Shoe & No Response or Solution Offered
Had a pair of shoes delivered on Friday. Noticed a small tear/defect on them after opening them. Reported to Hoka within minutes of receiving the package. After testing them out I noticed it even more so and the same shoe makes a noise that the left doesn't, indicating even more of a fault.

Have sent 3 emails to Hoka with photos of the issue (minutes after getting the package) both before and after use to show the clear fault. Have had no response at all with a solution and I am now basically £140 out of pocket.

Such a shame as I love the look and feel of the shoe, but this issue on a pricey trainer can't really be ignored.

I loved the sneakers and then on the back by the heel a shelf (for lack of a better term) appeared. I got constant blisters. I had them taken back to the store in Kennebunk ME and they did nothing about it

Non Existent Customer Service
Bought my 6th Pair of Rocket X in Hong Kong and the shoe us completely different from the last 5 pairs. Now been trying to contact Hoka through twitter, instagram, email, phone and no one is contactable that can help. Will not purchase again. Still stuck with the crappy shoes - am now reporting Hoka to the Consumer Council.
Also getting some story from Twitter that shoes get “tweeked”. So clearly from one pair to the next it is a lottery what you get as they may have tweeked them.

Exchange nightmare
Ordered on the 19 January and they arrived 23 January (4 days) sadly the trainers were too small so sent back for an exchange. This was on the 24 January and now on the 30 January i still havent heard from the company about my exchange despite emailing. So far it seems i wont be getting them anytime soon and would have been quicker to buy a new pair and refund the old at this rate!
